Our policy
We treat our guests like we would like to be treated. We want you to feel like you are at home and we want to maintain a friendly environment with all neighbors staying in the building.
When we built these apartments we wanted them to represent who we are : a place that doesn't require much maintenance and where we can arrive and relax in all comfort. The rooms are built for adults that want to rest and not think about the inconveniences of taking care of a house.
We want you to forget about all the problems that we can take care of. Forget about the bills and inconveniences, if you need something you can just call us and we will come and fix whatever needs to be fixed.

rULES OF THE APARTMENTS
No smoking inside the building indoors/outdoors
1.
No pets allowed
2.
No enter allowed to more than 6 people
3.
No parties without prior notice or approval
4.
No music too loud or after 10pm
5.
No children staying longterm

No violence

Here in Cheen-Ha we want you and all of our guests to have a nice stay which is why we made these rules. A safe environment is our priority.
8. No nudity.
9. After one month of stay, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the windows, doors and their private balcony.
10. No cleaners or strange people that could put your safety in risk or the apartments.
11. No big parties (Most of our guests like the habit of sleeping early).
12. Respect everyone (No violence whether verbal or physical will be tolerated).
13. Take care of the bikes and the keys. Any loss will be charged. Same goes with furniture.
14. Please treat our furniture, objects and building with care. Leave them as you would like to receive them.
15. Lock the front door each time you go out and each time you go in.
Breaking any of these rules can lead to immediate expulsion
